Free Gifts: At certain times our promotions may include a free gift with purchase. Should you decide to return the item you purchased, the free gift must also be returned in brand new condition in order to obtain a full refund for the cost of the purchased item (minus shipping and restocking fee). Should the free gift no longer meet the requirements for a return, or should you chose to keep it when returning your purchased item, the value of your free gift will be deducted from your refund. Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us at http://www.coolwraps.com/contact-us and we direct you as to how to file a claim with USPS. Thank you for your understanding with this. Returned Mail: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid before we will send the package again. DAMAGED ITEMS/ORDER ERRORS
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.
Cancellations: We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible and because of this the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order. However, when you receive the shipment, it will contain specific instructions on how to return it for a refund (minus the shipping charges and 2$ restocking fee per items). Order Changes: Due to processing time and inventory counts, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.
BACK-ORDERED AND PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Payment for all items is collected when your order is placed. Shipping dates indicated on the drop-down menus of back-ordered and pre-ordered items are approximate and are subject to change. All items will only be shipped together in one shipment as soon as all items are ready, please consider placing separate orders for your back-ordered items if you prefer not to wait on them for the rest of your items to ship.
RETURNS (REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES)
RETURNS: We allow up to 14 business days after receiving your package to qualify for a refund for returned items. To ensure that you will receive either a refund or store credit for your return, all products must be returned in unaltered condition. Unless your return is the result of an error on our behalf, your return shipping charges will not be refunded and we will add a 2$ restocking fee per items return. Please send us a message at http://www.coolwraps.com/contact-us to let us know which items you would like to return and why, making sure to include your order number. When sending your return; include a note with your name, email, order #, and reason for the return. Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue refunds on any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We will process your return and notify you via email within 3-7 business days of receiving it.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract, its interpretation, execution, application, validity and effects are subject to the applicable laws in force in Florida and the USA, which govern in part or in full all provisions that it contains. The parties agree that all legal proceedings will be instituted and heard before the courts having jurisdiction in the judicial district of Florida, USA where the parties elect their place of residence.
